We log your request for quotation with the product, quantity, specifications, and target timeline so every later step works from the same brief.

Supplier matching
We shortlist suppliers in the relevant category and compare their capacity, lead times, and fit with your requirement.

Commercial quotation
You receive a written quotation covering unit pricing, quantities, terms, and the commercial conditions behind each figure.

Sample evaluation
Where samples are needed, we arrange them for your review and record your feedback against the agreed specification before proceeding.
Stages 06 to 10
Production, inspection and delivery

Production tracking
We monitor production against the agreed schedule and report milestones so you see progress as it happens, not only at the end.

Quality inspection
Inspections are carried out against your approved specification, with findings documented and shared before goods are released.

Packaging sign-off
We confirm packaging, labelling, and marking requirements with you before the order is sealed for shipment.

Export clearance
Export documentation is prepared and checked so the shipment can clear customs in the origin market without avoidable delay.
